We collect information you provide when purchasing tickets, including your name, email address, and phone number. We also collect payment processing data through our payment gateway.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process ticket purchases, deliver tickets and QR codes, communicate about events, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. Ticket purchase records are retained for up to 3 years after the event date for accounting and audit purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use ModemPay for payment processing, Resend for transactional emails, and Cloudflare Turnstile for fraud prevention. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.
